Come and Try – Novice Program

Looking for a new team sport? Looking for a great way to keep fit, to meet new people and paddle in some of the best water locations in Australia and the world?

Brisbane Outrigger Canoe Club welcomes you to join us over three Saturdays (see above) to come and try our sport. We’ll provide you with:

• Background to our sport and our Club
• Overview of key canoe features, naming and handling
• Paddling technique
• Canoeing

All you need to do bring yourself, some sunscreen, water and wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little wet.
